REPUBLIKA KIDS — Hello Kids… The Earth has a gravitational force that causes all objects thrown into the sky to fall again. Gravity is what keeps all objects on earth grounded. So what if the earth didn’t have gravity, what would happen?
Gravity is an attractive force that occurs between all particles that have mass in the universe. If there was no gravity on earth, all objects on earth, including humans, would float in the air without touching the ground. The existence of gravity makes all objects stand on the ground.

1. All Things Stand on Earth
If gravity disappeared from the earth, then all objects on the earth would float. It is because of gravity that we can remain grounded.
The gravitational force also keeps objects on Earth in a stable position, not scattering or floating in the air. So, the force of gravity allows humans, animals and plants to step on the ground and live well.
The movement of objects on the earth, even planets that revolve around the earth, will be affected if the earth does not have a gravitational force. Because losing the gravitational force will affect the loss of the attractive force on objects on earth. That way, the object will float freely in the air.

2. Maintain the Earth’s position on its axis
The earth’s gravitational force is useful for keeping the earth always rotating on its axis. Earth’s gravity also keeps the moon, Earth’s natural satellite, in its orbit, and allows artificial satellites to be launched and orbit the Earth. If there was no gravity, the Earth would move freely and could endanger the lives of living creatures in it.
