He seizes it and flees, with the complicity of the other members of the gang.
The Chinese trader has just been the victim of a “discovery theft”. The object of the offense: 96 million CFA francs. And if it is possible to describe the facts so precisely, it is because they were filmed by a surveillance camera. We can see a man in a colorful T-shirt with a gun in his hand.
On the video, three men wearing masks appear, captured by the camera lens. In the same field of vision, figures appear, a Chinese in bad posture and his “employee” in a red jersey.
Beside, the profile of a gang leader, who dodges a gesture as if to hide his face under a black hood, is in turn filmed. The man who appears in the images addresses his acolytes with his face uncovered, cell phone to ear. The perpetrator happens to be a struck off police officer. The latter, who led the burglary, according to information from Liberation, was kicked out of the police for theft and extortion.
Spotted before being relayed on social networks, the video goes around the web. Comments called for the arrest of the robbers. It is already done. Six people were arrested and taken into police custody at the Criminal Investigation Division (Dic), according to Liberation.
