According to the social network, YouTube Shorts “It allows you to connect with new audiences using only a smartphone and the YouTube Shorts camera, a set of short video creation tools integrated into the application.” With this feature, you can easily record 60 second videos “Thanks to the option to capture multiple clips.”
Text, music and timer
The platform has also enabled other creative functions, to complement our recording. For example, from now on, we can add music and sound. There is also the option to attach a small phrase or text, which will disappear with the ‘Timeline’ option. We can modify the speed of our video. The latest news: a timer, with which to configure the countdown to start recording, in addition to deciding when our clip ends.
According to YouTube, all users can see the shorts, but the Shorts tool is only available in some countries and regions, at least for now. Progressively, it will be launched, in a “staggered” manner, in all corners of the world.

How to create a short video on YouTube?
Creating a short video is very simple and you just have to follow a few simple steps.
The first thing is to log in to YouTube from a mobile. Then, you have to touch the ‘Create’ option and then select the option for a short video. If we want the duration to be longer than 15 seconds, we must select this same, located above the record button, so that it lasts up to 60 seconds.
