Starting this Wednesday, April 3, and until Monday, July 1, all taxpayers who meet the required requirements, especially taking into account the income limit, must submit the 2023 Income Tax return.

There are various ways to obtain the cadastral reference of a property, which include everything from reviewing certain documents to using the interactive map of the Cadastre.

Regarding the documents, the alphanumeric code of the cadastral reference can be found in several of them, such as the receipts for the Real Estate Tax (IBI), the personal income tax return from a previous year, or the deeds of sale of the property. Sometimes it also appears in lease contracts.

On the other hand, the cadastral reference can also be found by using the locator available on the Cadastre website. When accessing it, you only need to enter the specific address of the property in the corresponding field or use the interactive map.
