As part of a divorce proceeding, an expert (who also works as a sworn expert) was mutually agreed by both parties privately to draw up appropriate appraisals for both properties.
Years later, the other side no longer liked the value of their own property. Now the real estate is to be determined once again – and at significantly higher costs – by a court-sworn expert who is commissioned by the court.
QUESTION: Is there a deadline by which you can object to a consensual, privately commissioned expert opinion ???????
I would be delighted to receive a quick and correct answer – please also include a note on where I can read it.
