The specialist explained that at the moment the city does not have the Pfizer biological, however, she pointed out that those who are looking for this biological are mainly children between 12 and 17 years old and pregnant women who met the 28-day deadline for the application of their second dose.

Regarding this, he recalled that “they have 84 days to apply this second dose and we hope to be able to fulfill in that period of time with the supply that is necessary for our city.”

The Secretary of Health added that the third dose of those who received the Pfizer vaccine may be heterologous, that is, different in its formulation. For these cases, he recommended the application of the Sinovac vaccine and the AstraZeneca vaccine.
