Welcome to the Fire Brigade Magazine’s 2020 Virtual Fair!
The Interschutz was supposed to take place in Hanover between June 15th and 20th, 2020. But because of the corona pandemic, the world’s leading trade fair for rescue, fire / disaster protection and security had to be postponed by a year. In order to shorten the waiting time for you, we are holding a “virtual fair” here during the Interschutz week. It starts on Monday, June 15, 2020!
- From June 15th we present you many new products every day that should be launched in Hanover.
- Contemporary witnesses report on their first visit to Interschutz.
- We explain what makes Interschutz so special, who invented the fair, why it takes place so often in Hanover and what the Interschutz mascot is all about.
- And we would like to know your opinion on some things around the Interschutz. So there will be several surveys in the next few days.

Survey: which is the best exhibition center?
Interschutz has already taken place in Essen, Cologne, Frankfurt, Augsburg and Leipzig in the past. The main venue is Hanover. The grounds of Deutsche Messe AG in the state capital of Lower Saxony are considered to be one of the best in the world. Do you share this view?
In our first survey we want to know from you which in your opinion is the best exhibition center (Evaluation criteria should be equipment, design, size, halls, accessibility, parking situation, number of toilets, …) in Germany?
