About the speaker

Professor at the Getulio Vargas Foundation, Sao Paulo. Member of the Scientific Council of CLAD and of the Committee of Experts in Public Administration of the UN (UN ‘CEPA, 2017-2021). President of ENAP-Brazil National School of Public Administration (1995-2002). President of the Scientific Council of CLAD (2017-2019). Doctor from the Université de Paris-Est.

Participation diplomas

To award the CLAD Participation Diploma in the Conference, at least 50% of the content questions of an online test must be answered “correctly” that will be available for 30 minutes in three opportunities to take it:

  • Thursday, September 2, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (Caracas time);
  • Friday, September 3, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (Caracas time);
  • Tuesday, September 7, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (Caracas time);
