TRIBUNTERNATE.COM – Almost everyone has felt the urge to urinate in unexpected circumstances.
This can happen when you are in an important moment and are around a lot of people.
Or you may have experienced a moment where you really want to pee, but the available space is not possible.
For example, less clean.
Although, you may know that holding back pee or urinating is not a good decision for health.
Moreover, if you hold your pee too often, it does not rule out dangerous diseases lurking.

The bladder alone can hold up to half a liter of urine.
If the receptors detect that the amount of urine is too much, it sends a message to the brain that the bladder is full.
Fortunately, the brain also sends back signals that tell our bladder to survive.
