In appreciation and recognition to all medical personnel, first responders, and police, and the critical role they are playing during the COVID-19 pandemic, Walgreens reported that it designated April 25 as the “Discounts Day for Heroes in the Front of Battle. “
The chain of pharmacies detailed in a written communication that it will offer a 30% discount on Walgreens brand items at regular price and 20% discount on national brand products at regular price.
He also explained that “heroes on the battlefront” can present their employment ID or valid identification at any of the more than 9,200 Walgreens stores to receive the discount.
In addition, the company recalled that restrictions may apply, including the quantity limits existing in certain high-demand products.
