Impressive on the asphalt of the capital, the ASSA athlete, fourteenth female and first Frenchwoman in the legendary Parisian event, struck a nice blow on April 3, pulverizing in passing her previous reference over the distance (2h39 ‘ 53, in Rotterdam).
With a time of 2h35’13, Émilie Jacquot-Claude is still in second place in the national balance sheets (2022) behind Castraise Melody Julien (2h31’37)
The cross-country skier from Lorraine does not intend to stop on such a good path since she will line up for the Berlin Marathon on September 25th.

From the height of its… 156 years of existence, the “Water Sport” had already experienced some great moments. But last month, in the Gers (April 15-17), these five certainly wrote the most beautiful page in the club’s history in the French Short Boat Championships, winning four landmark titles! And constitute a fairly unique “inventory” in the annals of French rowing.
Having since gone through “selection regattas”, Hugo Beurey (lightweight single scull), Emma Cornelis (two without coxswain), Milla Massemin (junior single scull) and the Rosé-Czerwik pair (two without coxswain junior) now hope to take the “wave » international. With, as a crest line, the Elite Worlds of Racice (CZE; September 18-25) for the first two named. And those of Varèse (ITA; 27-31) for their young rowing partners…

It was time ! A few more hours and Quentin Giordano was in the vote for “Athlete of the month”… for May! Man in a hurry if ever there was one, the Nancy driver did not have this patience…
Beyond the joke, the Lorrain struck a blow at the “Charbo”, winning alongside Franche-Comté co-driver Kevin Parent the first success of his career in the French Rally Championship at the end of a second day of race perfectly controlled. An immense happiness for the Nancy, very often placed in the federal test (eight times second) but, until then, never rewarded for his progress and his regularity. Last Meurthe-et-Mosellan winner of a round of this same French Championship eighteen years ago (Le Touquet 2004), Benoît Rousselot has a successor!
