Arrested and placed in police custody
The alleged perpetrator was therefore arrested this Wednesday, October 13, 2021 and was taken into custody in the premises of the gendarmerie brigade of Vivy, near Saumur.
While he is already summoned to the Criminal Court of Saumur in November for similar facts, the legal proceedings for the latest facts have been joined to the same file. He will therefore be prosecuted for both cases.
