“This is how we want to protect our employees, their safety comes first. Police are looking for three men who wore black clothing and face masks during the robbery. After the robbery, they fled on two scooters.

According to KPN, customers can still visit the other shops of the telecom provider in the Amsterdam region. “People can still come by for advice or to use demonstration devices. Customers can’t immediately walk out with a new phone,” said the spokesman.

Another visible measure that is being taken is the establishment of a door policy that is also applied to jewelers. The door is then locked and a customer has to ring the bell to enter.
