VK released from jail Shashikala will arrive in Chennai today. Shashikala, who is staying at the quarantine at a resort in Bangalore, will leave for Chennai at 9.30 am today. Anna DMK has come out to prevent the return from turning into a show of strength. Shashikala and her nephew used TTV to disrupt law and order. The party leaders also lodged a complaint with the DGP demanding that Dinakaran also be planned and stopped.
There are indications that Shashikala Anna DMK will hoist the flag at 12 places in Chennai. Ministers had complained that this should not be allowed. Police have not given permission for a reception procession in Chennai. Anna has called an emergency meeting of DMK district secretaries to curb insurgency within the party.
