Make yourself laugh, solo! Caroline’s two exercises
Caroline Carré offers you two exercises to test rigology at home.
Laugh a little every day: Like her, laugh 5 to 10 minutes every day. “This is what I do for my well-being: I laugh all alone!” It tires, but it gives a lot of energy. “
Breathe: You can do breathing exercises. “Breathing calms the mind and gives you oxygen, you necessarily feel better! “

Good for health, and morale
Whether it’s intentional or not, laughter is good for health, and morale. “The body does not make the difference, and will feel all the benefits,” she says. And they are many. Laughter improves health cardiac, immune, digestive, but also facilitates sleep … “It relaxes, reduces stress, makes you more positive, allows you to be open towards others …”, explains Caroline. It also promotes self-confidence and relationships.
It is an activity where we are in the letting go, we are ridiculous and we take pleasure in it, in a climate of benevolence. An elderly person in an Ehpad once told me: “your thing is stupid, but it works really well!”
If Caroline has another activity as a project manager besides her job as a rigologist, she “ [s’] bursts ! “. “It’s so much fun to see people so happy at the end of a session,” she says. Because laughter is just one of the many weapons of well-being, Caroline Carré also organizes workshops in positive psychology and mental well-being.
Soon, it will offer cardiac coherence and energy treatments through sound (sound massages, sound therapy, sound baths). Best example of the benefits of her own activity, Caroline relives and breathes happiness.
Because we need to laugh more than ever in this anxiety-provoking period, Caroline Carré will soon be offering sessions via Zoom. If the Covid-19 slows down its activity due to barrier gestures, this remote alternative has the advantage of being done without a mask to largely show its smile. It even seems that rigology improves the immune system …
