Paraguayan right-back Raúl Cáceres terminated his contract with Cruzeiro de Belo Horizonte, which is playing in the Serie B tournament, the second division of Brazil, and is planning his arrival at another Brazilian club, which plays for Brasileirão and also has Libertadores Cup.
This is América Mineiro, also from Belo Horizonte and after achieving promotion to the highest category last season, had a great campaign managing to stay in the category and earn a ticket to the Copa Libertadores.

Sebastián Ferreira was presenting in a great way in the Houston Dynamo. The Paraguayan striker arrives as a franchise player and also became the most expensive contract in the club’s history.
