A few minutes earlier, when the Marseillais took the advantage, it was Valentin Rongier who was the victim of these projectiles. The midfielder received a bottle in the mouth as the Olympians celebrated their third goal.

The former Nantes resident posted the image of his swollen face on his Instagram story. The native of Mâcon did not hesitate to send a direct message to the one who launched the bottle: “Big kisses to the Montpellier supporter who threw the bottle at me. Good night at the imbecile post.” A revenge that the Marseillais obtained on the ground thanks to the victory of his family 3-2.
