The US House of Representatives will vote on financial assistance to Ukraine after the Easter holidays. Such conviction on the air CNN expressed New York Republican Mike Lawler.

According to him, approval of assistance to Kyiv is “critically important for our allies.”

“We are the leader of the free world, and we cannot shirk our duty to support and protect democracies around the world,” the politician said.

“But I hope that the Speaker will bring forward the bill, or a modified version of the bill, so that we can once and for all ensure that our allies get the help and support they need,” Lawler concluded.
