US bonds: price gains largely crumbled in later trading 25.06.20

NEW YORK (dpa-AFX) – The prices of US government bonds largely gave up their initial gains on Thursday in late trading. Regardless of the accelerated spread of the corona virus, investors were again more willing to take risks and resorted to stocks.

Two-year bonds remained at 99 28/32 points. They paid 0.184 percent. Five-year bonds gave off their moderate gains and recently remained unchanged at 99 19/32 points. Their return was 0.327 percent. Trend-setting ten-year government bonds rose by 1/32 points to 99 16/32 points and returned 0.676 percent. Long bonds with a term of 30 years rose by 6/32 points to 95 25/32 points.
