The Ministry of Education and Technical Education has ordered the directors of educational directorates to apply all precautionary measures to prevent and deal with infectious diseases within educational classes, in coordination with the governorate’s health directorate.
This occurred as the Ministry of Education and Technical Education was attentive to the health and safety of workers and students in all educational facilities.
The periodic book, which was distributed by the MIUR to the Directorates, provides that for students absent with justified medical reasons in the monthly exam, another unified exam is taken, determined by the school, provided that it is prepared by the person responsible for the matter in the school administration.
The Ministry has sent a periodic book to the educational directorates which includes the guidance of the Ministry of Health and Population for the prevention and management of infectious diseases and health conditions that must be met at the level of educational facilities, in order to preserve health of our students.
Guidance from the Ministry of Health and Population included the prevention and management of infectious diseases, sanitary conditions that must be available at the level of educational facilities, health services that must be available in educational facilities, details of vaccinations for students of schools and the procedures for managing infectious diseases/epidemic outbreaks within educational structures.
