In the Maastrichterstraat in Tongeren, a robbery was committed on Tuesday of the Merken Fashion clothing store. The police are looking for witnesses or people who saw something suspicious in the area. The perpetrators struck around 5.20 pm. The armed robbers attacked the manageress from behind. She was taken to hospital for care. It is not clear whether the perpetrators could seize money.
