A man with the initials FA became the perpetrator of stabbing a student at Padjadjaran University (Unlock), Bandung CAM (23) to death. The FA risks the death penalty or life imprisonment for acts committed with premeditation.
“The suspect has been charged under Article 340 premeditated murder, subsidiary to Article 338 murder, and/or Article 351 paragraph 3, persecution resulting in the disappearance of a person,” said the police chief of Bandung, Kusworo Wibowo at the Bandung Police. Kuswono stressed that the FA would be charged with the maximum penalty. The FA killed the victim by pretending she was delivering a package so the public wouldn’t suspect his evil deeds.
“For his actions, he is threatened with imprisonment with a maximum penalty of death or life in prison,” he said.
“Once inside the house, the offender immediately drew his sharp weapon or knife and stabbed the victim multiple times in the neck,” he continued.
FA immediately stabbed the victim with a knife he was holding. The knife was jabbed into the victim’s neck more than once. “Once inside the house, the attacker immediately took out his sharp weapon or knife and stabbed the victim several times in the neck,” he said.
