United Way of Greater Nashua’s Blizzard Blast Begins to Raise Fund for COVID-19 Relief

United Way of Greater Nashua’s third annual Blizzard Blast kicked off Saturday in a different format than usual. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the usual obstacle course that takes place in Mine Falls Park was sidelined for a virtual format. Throughout the week, runners can choose from five different routes. Across these fields are 21 different local nonprofits where runners can stop and take an athletic challenge. These challenges include lunges, push-ups, burpees, and kettle bells. All proceeds benefit the United Way of Greater Nashua COVID-19 Relief Fund. To date, the COVID-19 Relief Fund has raised more than $ 21,000. You can register for this year’s Blizzard Blast as a participant or volunteer on the United Way of Greater Nashua website.
