The charge against this 30-year-old nurse comes following an investigation into several deaths recorded at the neonatal unit at Chester County Hospital, south of Liverpool.
According to the Cheshire police, the facts date from June 2015 to June 2016, with the investigation launched in May 2017.
During the investigation process, the nurse was detained twice on suspicion of connection to these crimes, but no charge had been filed.
He was detained again on Tuesday, now with the charge formalized, and will be brought to court on Thursday, police officials said.
