Ukrainian Defenders Land on Left Bank of Dnieper, Gaining Foothold in Oleshki area

Armed Forces of Ukraine Successfully Land on Left Bank of Dnieper near Oleshki

Yesterday, June 25, reports emerged from various Russian sources claiming that a small group of Ukrainian defenders had landed in the area of the Antonovsky Bridge and engaged in battle with Russian paratroopers. These reports were later confirmed by footage that surfaced on the web, validating the claims made by Ukrainian propaganda channels.

The footage showcases the Antonovsky Bridge, the left bank of the Kherson region, and boats carrying Ukrainian defenders. Another video reveals the entrance to the territory of Oleshki and the checkpoint of the occupiers. In the footage, an enemy armored personnel carrier can be seen fighting its way to the checkpoint to retrieve the remnants of Putin’s army. Notably, among them are individuals identified as “300s.”

According to some Russian military bloggers, the Ukrainian landing force has managed to establish a foothold in the Dach area, making it challenging for enemy artillery to target this location. However, analysts from the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) have yet to find visual confirmation of the hostilities near the Antonovsky Bridge. Additionally, experts are cautious about predicting a potential counteroffensive by the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the right bank of the Kherson region.

Meanwhile, in the Zaporozhye direction, the enemy launched an unsuccessful assault on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Vuhledar area. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that on June 25, Putin’s army attempted to regain control of lost positions in the Novodarovka area.

Russian sources claim that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are making progress in the Rivnopol and Priyutnoye areas. However, propagandists continue to assert that Pyatikhatki remains in the “grey zone.” Contrary to these claims, ISW analysts have not found evidence to suggest that the Ukrainian Armed Forces do not control this settlement.

In the Rabotino area, Ukrainian defenders are currently facing off against invaders from the 291st motorized rifle regiment. This ongoing conflict highlights the continued tensions and clashes between Ukrainian and Russian forces.

In a related development, it was previously reported that on June 22, the Armed Forces of Ukraine successfully damaged the Chongarsky Bridge, one of the largest logistics centers for the enemy army in southern Ukraine.

It is important to note that Z-channels reported on June 25 that up to 50 Ukrainian troops landed on the left bank of the Kherson region.
