At least one person close to the U.S. President, Donald Trump, is being investigated in a lawsuit involving a bribe proposal in exchange for a presidential pardon. The case has been followed up by the Justice Department since the summer, but it was only made public this week, in a strikethrough document where it appears that one of the main targets is a lawyer.
