Tyo Pakusadewo Officially Detained at Polda Metro Jaya Detention Center. Page all

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The South Jakarta District Attorney (Kejari) officially detains the suspect in the case of alleged drug abuse, Tyo Pakusadewo.

The Head of Intelligence for the South Jakarta Kejari, Andhi Arhdani, said that the detention of Tyo Pakusadewo was carried out because the case had gone through the second stage of delegation, meaning that the suspect and evidence were handed over to the AGO.

“This is the implementation of phase two of the investigator, the transfer of suspects and evidence from the investigator to the public prosecutor on behalf of Mr. TP in a narcotics case,” Andho said on the YouTube channel Cumicumi, quoted Kompas.com, Friday (14/8/2020).

Meanwhile, Andhi revealed why Tyo Pakusadewo was not immediately rehabilitated, even though this case was not the first time for him.

In fact, said Andhi, this detention was carried out considering that the case related to the drug abuse case for Tyo Pakusadewo was not the first.

“From the results of the case handling, the person concerned has also committed a previous criminal act,” said Andhi.

However, Andi said, Tyo Pakusadewo could possibly be rehabilitated while he was detained at the Polda Metro Jaya detention center.

“Judicial considerations could be an assessment, but the person concerned will still be detained at the detention center, it could be,” said Andhi.

“The results (the assessment) will look like what, but surely the determination of detention or rehabilitation has been taken juridically and medically,” said Andhi continued.

Andhi said, Tyo Pakusadewo would be detained at the Polda Metro Jaya Detention Center for the next 20 days.

As is known, Tyo Pakusadewo was arrested in the Terogong area, South Jakarta, on April 14, 2020.

Together with the arrest of Tyo Pakusadewo, the police found a shabu or bong suction device and 18 grams of shabu.

This arrest is not the first time for Tyo Pakusadewo. He was arrested by the police while having dinner at his house on Jalan Ampera I, Cilandak Timur, South Jakarta, in December 2017.

At that time, the Panel of Judges at the South Jakarta District Court sentenced Irwan Susetio alias Tyo Pakusadewo to nine months in prison.

The actor who was born on September 2, 1963 was found guilty of abusing drugs.
