Twelve appointments in the diocese of Chartres

Each year, the bishop of Chartres appoints priests to the 23 parishes of the diocese. This year, Archbishop Philippe Christory announces 12. They will be effective on September 1, the date of the beginning of the pastoral year. Here is the list of priests concerned.

  1. Father Vital Ngimbi, parish priest of Sainte-Thérèse in Vallée d’Avre, is renewed in his mission for three years.
  2. Father Yannick Coat, parish priest of Saint-Lubin du Perche, is renewed in his mission for one year. He remains a teacher at the Notre-Dame de l’Espérance Seminary in Orléans (Loiret).
  3. Father Tryphon Ilenda, parish priest of Saint-Martin in Beauce, is renewed in his mission for one year. He remains dean of the deanery of Beauce.
  4. Father Evynx Monestime, parish priest of Saint-Gilduin, is renewed in his mission, for one year, with the agreement of the superior of the district of Haiti of the Voluntas Dei Institute.
  5. Father Jean-Pierre Omva Edou, parish priest of Saint-Laumer du Perche, is renewed in his mission for one year. He remains dean of the deanery of forests.
  6. Don Antoine Storez, vicar of the parish of Sainte-Jeanne de France and Saint-Yves des Trois-Vallées, is renewed in his mission, with the agreement of the general moderator of the Saint-Martin Community.
  7. Father Louis-Marie Cuisiniez, vicar of the parish of Saint-Lubin du Perche, is also responsible for the development of prayer schools in the diocese, for three years (renewable).
  8. Father Jean-Eudes Coulomb, vicar (part-time) of the Saint-Etienne parish in Drouais, and on a study mission, is renewed in his study mission, with a view to a doctoral cycle, for four years.
  9. Father Maurice Manwell, vicar (part-time) of the Saint-Lubin du Perche parish, at the end of his study mission, is appointed full-time vicar, for two years (renewable); he is also appointed on mission to the Officiality of the Province of Tours (Indre-et-Loire, for three years (renewable).
  10. Father Jacques Pottier, canon canon, chaplain of the cathedral, vicar of the parish of Notre-Dame de Chartres, is renewed in his mission as chaplain and in the service of the parish of Notre-Dame, for two years (renewable).
  11. Father Wilner Fils-Aimé, vicar of the parish of Trinidad on the Way of Saint James, at the end of his Fidei Donum mission, is returned to the Voluntas Dei Institute.
  12. Father Lucien Zomahoun, vicar of the parish of Saint-Lubin du Perche, at the end of his mission, is returned to the diocese of Évry-Corbeil-Essonne.
