New quarantine restrictions will come into force in Turkey on May 7 due to the situation with the coronavirus pandemic. The stores will now only sell basic food and hygiene products, the Turkish Interior Ministry said on May 4.
The ban on the sale of electronics, toys, stationery, clothing, car accessories, tableware and garden supplies is also added to the previously imposed restriction on the sale of alcohol.
