TSA leaves three protections against vaccination card in a state of failure

The Third Chamber of the Superior Administrative Court (TSA) left this Tuesday afternoon in state of failure three actions of protection who seek the nullity of the resolution that obliges citizens to submit a vaccination card against COVID-19 to access public and private places.

However, this Wednesday the court chaired by the judge Luisa Canaan He plans to hear other protection actions that pursue the same purpose.

Two of the appeals known this Tuesday were filed by the lawyers Yancarlos Martínez, Cirilo Guzmán and Carmen Orozco, who asked the court to nullify resolution 000048 of the Ministry of Public Health, considering that it violates several fundamental rights enshrined in the Constitution, including the right to personal liberty and security, to personal integrity, to work, to dignity human, and equality.

“There is a serious threat to the fundamental rights of the community, a threat that implies the limitation of broad constitutional rights to millions of citizens with unsuspected consequences and generating consequences, even disturbing peace and public order, generating chaos, violence and disorder in the roads, public transport and recreational spaces ”, they establish in their instance.

For their part, the Ministry of Public Health and the Presidency asked the court that the petition be rejected.
