Trump on Baldwin: 'Why are you pointing a gun at a camerawoman?'

entertainment">In The Chris Stigall Podcast let Trump shine his light on the matter, and Baldwin in particular will suffer. “I’ve been following him for years and there’s something wrong with him. He gets into fights with reporters… Look, I don’t like reporters either, but you don’t fight with them. He is deranged.”

entertainment">The former president finds it incomprehensible that the actor pointed his weapon, loaded with real bullets or not, at someone from the film crew. “He took the gun, pointed it at a camerawoman, pulled the trigger and now she’s dead. That’s weird and incomprehensible. And even though things already went wrong during the preparations, there are people responsible for the weapons and the equipment, it remains a very strange story. How the hell can you point a gun at someone who isn’t even in a movie?”

entertainment">The Trump presidency paved the way for Baldwin to share his imitation talent with the rest of the world. And although the Hollywood star has often been praised for impersonating Trump, the Republican himself thinks otherwise. “He made a bad attempt to imitate me. Darrell Hammond van Saturday Night Live was amazing and very talented. Alec Baldwin was terrible. And if he had been good, I would have said so. But he was terrible. I don’t know him further, but I have followed him on TV for years. He is cuckoo.”
