Former US President Donald Trump stated that if be re-elected as head of state in 2024., will build a missile defense system that will protect America from hypersonic nuclear weapons. He said this in his video message, which was posted on the Forbes YouTube channel.
According to Trump, the world has become much more dangerous under the current US President Joe Biden.
He also stated that a possible third world war would be an “unprecedented catastrophe”against which the first two will appear as “very minor battles”.
The former American leader stressed that the most dangerous in such a conflict would be nuclear weapons and hypersonic missiles, which can “destroy entire cities and countries” in a matter of minutes.
“I will build a shield to protect America from missile attacks. We will have peace through strength. We had it and we had no wars. During the Trump administration, there were no wars – remember that,” said the former US president.
Earlier, Donald Trump said that if he was now at the head of the White House, he would be able to achieve a peaceful solution to the conflict in Ukraine within 24 hours. According to him, the fighting should end with an agreement, not sending millions of dollars in aid to Kyiv.
