US President Donald Trump has dismissed Christopher Krebs, head of the government’s Cyber Security Agency (CISA). Trump called his statement that there was no evidence of falsification of the presidential election “highly inaccurate.”
“Chris Krebs’ recent statement about the security of this year’s election was highly inaccurate because of massive unfair practices and fraud.” wrote Trump on Twitter. “That’s why I removed Chris Krebs from the position of head of the Cyber Security Agency with immediate effect.”
In a tweet, Trump pointed to alleged irregularities during the election, in which he said dead people voted, election observers were not allowed in polling stations, and counting machines manipulated tickets in favor of his Democratic challenger Joe Biden. As in the past, he did not provide any evidence for his claims.

Krebs and other senior US government officials said in a joint statement on Thursday that they had no evidence of falsification of the US presidential election and that “the November 3 election was the safest in US history.”
Reuters recalled that CISA had previously earned criticism from the White House in the election for launching a “rumor control” website. According to the media, she also put the misinformation spread by Trump’s collaborators to the right level.
Trump refuses to admit defeat
Following the models of the prestigious American media, Biden won the presidential election with 306 votes in the so-called electorate, which will confirm the new White House chief in December.
According to the media, Trump, who won 232 voters, refuses to acknowledge his loss, repeatedly declares himself the winner and claims without proof that the Democrats cheated en masse in the vote. His team has filed a number of lawsuits, some of which have already been dismissed by the courts and others are pending.

It is an extreme step, but the situation was caused by Trump’s behavior after the election, he attacks the DNA of democracy, he defended the counting of votes and without evidence, says Moláček. | Video: DVTV
