The certificate of derogatory displacement, essential sesame, can be presented in a digital form, and not only paper. The Ministry of the Interior has it confirmed near Numerama. Everyone does not have a printer at home, it will be possible to fill it, update it and present it on their iPhone.
The PDF document offered by the government has editable fields, which you can fill in from your Mac or iPhone / iPad. Preferably, it is recommended to do it from your computer, because on the iPhone and iPad, a bug with Safari hinders the entry of the date. This is a small problem that is easily circumvented (and which does not exist with Chrome). But if you don’t have a computer on hand, everything is doable with iOS / iPadOS.

On Mac
Download the file and open it with the “Preview” application then fill in the different fields. Those of the date may have a problem displaying two digits, but once the entry is validated the values are displayed correctly.
For the signature, use the menu of the same name in the annotation bar (click on the pencil icon if you don’t see any tools). Then click on “Create a signature” then choose if you want to make it with the trackpad or by photographing it with the integrated webcam (just scribble it on white paper and stretch it in front of the lens). If you do not have a webcam, because a Mac mini, opt for the solution on the iPhone.
Once the document is completed, save it and send it to your iPhone: by email, or by dragging it into Notes (to synchronize it) or in an iCloud Drive folder (you will find it with the Files app on iOS).
On iPhone or iPad
Once the PDF is displayed on the screen. Open the sharing menu and choose “Save to Files”. There, select iCloud Drive and touch the icon at the top to create a new folder. Once the PDF is stored in an easily accessible folder, you can present it but also modify it whenever necessary.
To fill it in for the first time, touch the required fields and type the data using the keyboard. For the date, there is this bug which prevents typing two-digit numbers. The easiest way is to create a text field that will be placed over this location.
To do this, touch the pencil icon, then the “+” button and select the “Text” menu command. Move this field to the right place in the document and type your date.
To create a signature, use the command of the same name in this same menu (you may find the signature (s) previously created on macOS, which have synchronized with iOS).
And remember that the use of this certificate must remain exceptional, the objective being to limit the movement of people as much as possible. The government has pointed this out in an SMS sent to all French people.
