According to Uruguayan media, Acosta was missing two days after he and his brother tried to cross a flooded river. On Monday, his body was found without signs of life.
The former representative of Uruguay in the youth categories and with eight hits the best scorer of the South American Under-17 Championship from 2013 was considered a huge talent in his country.
