Jakarta Half Marathon will be held tomorrow morning. In anticipation of traffic congestion, 13 long-distance trains (KA) departing from Gambir Station will stop at Jatinegara Station.
“In anticipation of delays for train service users (KA) to Gambir Station due to the diversion of traffic flow on a number of road sections to the Gambir Station area, PT KAI Daop 1 Jakarta made operational engineering arrangements for long-distance trains (KAJJ) departing from Gambir Station. on Sunday, August 20, 2023,” said the Daily Executor of Public Relations Manager of KAI Daop 1 Jakarta, Feni Novida Saragih, in his statement, Saturday (19/8/2023).
“This arrangement was made because several access points to and from Gambir Station had to be closed due to the Jakarta Half Marathon event, Sunday, August 20, 2023,” he said.
To make it easier for train users, PT KAI carried out engineering operations. Thus, there are 13 series of trains that stop at Jatinegara Station.
“The engineering arrangements for train operations are by stopping 13 long-distance trains departing from Gambir Station at Jatinegara Station, where under normal conditions these trains do not stop,” he said.
KAI hopes that the train passengers will not be late due to the disruption of the event Jakarta Half Marathon. So, passengers can get on at Jatinerga Station.
“With this arrangement as an alternative departure, it is hoped that train customers will still be able to leave on time and be able to adjust their departure time so they don’t miss the train,” he said.

1. Argo Semeru (KA 18) departs from Gambir Station at 06.20 WIB
2. Argo Parahyangan (KA 38) departure from Gambir Station at 06.30 WIB
3. Argo muria (train 14) departure from Gambir Station at 07.00 WIB
4. Argo Parahyangan (KA 52) departs from Gambir Station at 07.25 WIB
5. Argo Parahyangan (KA 34) departure from Gambir Station at 08.05 WIB
6. Argo Bromo Anggrek (KA 2) departs from Gambir Station at 08.20 WIB
7. Argo Cheribon (KA 26) departure from Gambir Station at 08.30 WIB
8. Argo Dwipangga (KA 10) departs from Gambir Station at 08.50 WIB
9. Taksana (KA 68) departs from Gambir Station at 09.20 WIB
10. Argo Parahyangan (KA 44) departure from Gambir Station at 09.30 WIB
11. Argo Cheribon (KA 22) departure from Gambir Station at 09.45 WIB
12. Sembrani (KA 62) departs from Gambir Station at 10.20 WIB
13. Manahan (80F) departure from Gambir Station at 10.30 WIB
