Hart was Tottenham’s second goalkeeper behind Hugo Lloris last season.
Pierluigi Gollini joined Spurs on loan from Atalanta this summer, and the former Aston Villa goalkeeper will now compete with Lloris for a place in new coach Nun’s starting lineup.
It doesn’t make sense for the Spurs to keep Hart as the third-choice goalie, especially since the 34-year-old has £ 51,923 a week in salary, according to Spotrac.com.
Vasilis Barkas was not a very good signing for Celtic, who could do it with an experienced goalkeeper like Hart.
Hart would also play regularly for the Celtic trade.
