Spotted near Zaventem, at the interchange with the E40, the unconscious scooter (equipped with a helmet anyway) rolls on the side of the road, sticking the white line, even though the highway does not does not have an emergency stop strip on this section. It was a truck driver who filmed the surreal scene and shared it on the networks.
In addition to being, of course, completely illegal, this attitude is obviously particularly dangerous.
The police are not officially aware of this offense, but remember that drivers of soft mobility devices are strictly prohibited from driving on the highway …
