Diplomacy: Kandia Camara receives the New York Women’s Leadership Award

The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Integration and the Ivorian Diaspora, Kandia Camara, was celebrated on Friday 23 September 2022 in New York for her extraordinary diplomatic offensive.

The organizers of the “1000 Shades of Woman” ceremony held in the United States presented the “Platinum Awards of Excellence in Leadership” to the Minister of State. An award obtained thanks to his work in the context of his ministerial functions.

“Present on American soil to participate in the 77th session of the United Nations, I could not have hoped for better than your kind invitation to take part in this important ceremony”, exulted Minister Kandia Camara. And to accept this recognition with honor: “I would therefore like to greet those responsible for 1000 shades of women and the International Organization for Human Rights for choosing to honor me today. I will add that I accept their distinction with honor. Better, I receive this tribute to my humble person as a distinction made to all my Ivorian sisters and, well beyond, to our beloved country. In reality, the distinction appears to us as an invitation to greater commitments for a qualitative change in our societies ”.
