MOSCOW, KOMPAS.TV – Russian President Vladimir Putin has threatened US President Joe Biden over sanctions against Russia over tensions with Ukraine.
Putin stressed that if the sanctions were imposed it would be a complete destruction of relations between the two parties.

Meanwhile, Biden told Putin that the US and its allies would respond decisively to any attack on Russia.
The call was Putin and Biden’s second this month.
Their discussion took almost an hour.
It marked the latest attempt to ease tensions around Ukraine’s eastern border, which borders Russia.
At the border, Ukrainian officials confirmed Russia had amassed more than 100,000 troops.
