Together with Andreas Gnesda, Chairman of the Advisory Board of Leitbetriebe Austria, Monica Rintersbacher handed over the certificate to ToolsAtWork company owner Berenice Kuntner and Michael Reichel. This places ToolsAtWork in the list of exemplary Austrian companies and is the only exclusive Apple retailer to carry this award.
Leitbetriebe Austria sees itself as a platform of excellence for the Austrian economy and places high demands on certification as an “Austrian leading company”. The central criteria that companies have to meet include: Sustainable corporate success, social and ecological responsibility and strength in Austria as a business location.
About ToolsAtWork facts and figures
In 1996, Walter Kuntner and his wife Berenice founded “ToolsAtWork” in Zirkusgasse 40. Ten years earlier, both had founded “Hard + Soft” together with partners. The company initially focused exclusively on marketing the Apple Macintosh in Austria and gained high acceptance, especially in the graphics industry. After the foundation, some former employees of Hard + Soft switched to ToolsAtWork.
The core of ToolsAtWork today is a staff of employees who have known Apple products for more than 30 years – many of whom are Apple-certified specialists. The “Tulser” have made a name for themselves in Austria with optimized Apple solutions for Windows and Linux for individual requirements and are also successful in the areas of service, networks and repair. An extensive portfolio of products for Apple hardware and additional products is offered in the alley.
As a Solution Expert education area, ToolsAtWork also offers special conditions for schools, universities, teachers and students. The own workshop is Premium Service Provider 2020 and consists of a team of experienced technicians. There are also several resorts that specialize in specific applications or services.
