Hollywood actor Tom Cruise’s BMW was stolen during the filming of “Mission Impossible 7” in Birmingham, the BBC reported.
According to the Sun newspaper, the luxury vehicle was stolen from a street near the Grand Hotel, and the car contained items worth several thousand euros. The car was found by police shortly afterwards a few kilometers from the hotel, but the criminals are still wanted.
The video surveillance camera is being checked and the investigation is continuing.
However, everything in the car was gone, including Tom Cruise’s personal belongings.
According to the British tabloid, the thieves scanned and then duplicated the signal sent by the contactless key of the luxury car.
Tom Cruise is filming in one of Birmingham’s malls, and part of the shopping complex was closed to visitors from Sunday to Wednesday.
