To put Revizoro Maya as Prime Minister of the Scratched State of Romania

The eternal defender of Boyko Borisov Georgi Markov with another analysis of the political situation in Bulgaria. He named the post on the “Scratched State of Romania” on Facebook.

THE COMPLETED COUNTRY OF ROMANIA

Friends,

The tenth jubilee parliamentary elections for an ordinary National Assembly gave birth to the ingenious phrase of our 30-year-old poor democracy: “Erasure”. It was created by the defeated parties of the new Patriotic Front against GERB.

It was normal, with this intellect, to be defeated in the election, and by a lot. But let’s see the deletion in a row:

1. NATIONAL ASSEMBLY – the Bulgarian Parliament was scrapped in record time – 9 plenary days. He couldn’t make a government and we went to the polls, which I predicted and guessed.

This is not the first time this has happened, but it has ever been the case that the defeated parties had a constitutional majority of 165 deputies and could not form a government! What Boyko shouts – if they had chosen what Radev appointed him.

Revizoro Maya, who, according to Raichev, is the best parliamentarian in the 45th National Assembly, could also be nominated for prime minister. Andrei even saw a NEW PARLIAMENTARY SPIRIT AND A NEW PARLIAMENTARY ATMOSPHERE, especially in the commission of the Auditor Maya. And he is right – SUCH SIMPLIFICATION AND SETTLEMENT in the parliamentary life of Bulgaria has not been!

Bulgarian parliamentarism was dealt a severe blow. And, of course, the question arises as to whether we are becoming a parliamentary democracy at all or to fight de jure as a parliamentary democracy under the Constitution, so that we can be, without the Supreme National Assembly and changes in the basic law, under presidential rule.

By the way, Maya’s commission also showed so many “intelligent” and “charismatic” Bulgarian millionaire businessmen that Europe is in shock.

No, dear compatriots, “Volkswagen” will come! And his cleaners will not come to Bulgaria, and if they come, they will run away … They will go where the “Mercedes”, “Audi”, BMW, “Opel”, “Suzuki”, “Siemens” and recently Airbus, i.e. in Hungary. Orban is bad, but there have been no early elections in 31 years.

2. GOVERNMENT – the parliamentary government was wiped out and it was the turn of presidential rule. It is going to be long. At the end of the year, the great theatrical government of President Radev can be played with a functioning OF parliament, because in the last three months of his term, Radev cannot dissolve the National Assembly. This must be well known.

It is interesting how he will cope with the consequences of the plague. There was no plague, he deserted from it, he did not convene the CNS, he did not visit any hospital, and now it turned out that there was no plague, and we will fix the consequences.

By the way, everyone spoke for the cabinet of Rumen Radev, so that I can speak for one of the ministers. Yanaki Stoilov is a good hit and many times better than Minister Hristo Ivanov of GERB. He had even come to Budapest in 2013 as head of the parliament’s foreign committee at the funeral of Dula Horn, the socialist prime minister to whom Orban had made an official funeral because, as foreign minister on September 11, 1989, he had cut the wire fence with Austria and the first brick fell from the Berlin Wall. I found him Yanaki, we drank coffee, we talked.

Radev’s cabinet was designated by the party’s Razgrad city prosecutor during the Revival process, Nasko Atanasov, as the “cabinet of national unification”. Unification through extinction – there is no such thing in Europe, but there was one in Deliorman during the Revival process, so Nasko knows these things …

3. CLOSED ELECTIONS – “There will be no bought vote!”, Said Boyko Rashkov bombastically. But the point is that, unfortunately, there will be no vote at all. Because in order to have it, the basic constitutional principle must be observed – Article 10 of the Basic Law, namely the SECRET OF THE VOTE. However, in a machine vote, there is no secret of the vote and this was not said by Avram Bakalina, but by the Constitutional Court of Germany. I had the honor of visiting him in an official delegation during the time of Professor Utah Limbach.

4. THE CRIMINAL COURTS – it had not happened either in Bulgaria or in Europe for judges to sit with togas, to watch criminal cases and at that time the defeated parties in the parliament to close them, equal to the cases.

The Union of Judges is silent, all other Soros human rights organizations are silent. Nobody asks what the Supreme Court thinks, and Lozan Panov is silent. In fact, Mr. Panov is a great defender of the rights of judges – BUT THE POLISH JUDGES, not the Bulgarian ones! At a rally, he had been sent to Warsaw to roar against the majority of Poles who wanted, through Mr Kaczynski’s victory, to retire the old communist communist nomenklatura. So he defended the retirement of Polish judges, and our dog judges ate them.

5. THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE – the history of Bulgaria and Europe does not know such a deletion of the prosecutor’s office! The scratching goes in two lines. On the one hand, the president waved his fist demanding the resignation of the chief prosecutor. On the other hand, the legal zero Hristo Ivanov from DeB wants to remove him from the judiciary, but not through the Grand, but with a simple National Assembly and a procedure started not by 60 but by 27 deputies.

A young lawyer, a lawyer from London, directly offers to shorten his term, but not with the Grand, but with an ordinary National Assembly, to 3 years. They just cut him to three months …

I saw that the Bulgarian prosecutor’s office had sent a letter to the European Commission complaining about what had happened. Ladies and gentlemen, do not write to Brussels that they have clung to their heads over vaccines. They have been infinitely late with the vaccination of European citizens, cases will be filed for unfulfilled contracts, but there are no penal clauses in the contracts signed by the EC.

There is a strong scandal surrounding the European Commissioner for Health, Ms. Kiriakidou – millions in the bill, plane tickets, I don’t know if it’s true, but every day I watch this scandal on Hungarian television …

Not to mention that at the moment, Germany can’t pay attention to us, because Ms. Merkel is facing elections, there is an incredible scandal with corruption around masks during the plague, and in her party, and rich Germans, as writes “Deutsche Welle”, take the plane from Frankfurt, fly twice to Moscow to get vaccinated – twice round trip, twice “Sputnik” and two snacks – 2000 euros.

And Macron can’t help you, dear prosecutors, that after 20 generals in his reserve wrote a public letter that they could no longer tolerate the falling of Christian heads of teachers, policemen and priests, an appeal came from soldiers, supported by 160,000 the French.

Therefore, dear fellow prosecutors, in order to become good and true prosecutors, just stop accusing. There will be no significant convictions anyway. Drive with the spies for now. By catching these in Bulgaria, help your Czech colleagues that there are so many Russians in Karlovy Vary that there are potential spies there as well.

6. THE CAPTIVE MAYORS – according to the philosophy of “The show of Slavi Trifonov“Bulgaria should stay only with the mayor of Pernik, the mayor of Ruse, those of Razgrad and Troyan, who are from the BSP and the mayor of Kardzhali, who is from the MRF, and here and there will remain mayors of some other village, because all other mayors in Bulgaria are from GERB, who will replace them? Rumen Radev. A real Romanian! Because if there are early mayoral elections, the old mayors will win again.

7. FOREIGN POLICY – a few days ago in the ARC agency I wrote in cities, years, months and days what superlatives were said about Prime Minister Borissov, Angela Merkel, President Sarkozy, President Macron, Silvio Berlusconi, EC President Jean-Claude Juncker, Minister the Presidents of Greece, Austria and Hungary.

300,000 people read it. But we are embracing Boyko’s successes and waiting to read what politicians and statesmen from these countries will say about Rumen Radev and his protégé, the prime minister.

After September 9, the communist OF wiped out the nation’s elite. One part of the Bulgarian elite was killed, another sent to camps, a third – like Prof. Alexander Djerov, who is my friend, was evicted. A mass of students were expelled from the university only because they came from bourgeois families and could not present an official note from the Communist OF for reliability. One of the excluded students, a final year of law, is Elena Novkirishka – my late mother.

Today we will eradicate 840,000 Bulgarians just because they voted and GERB won the parliamentary elections.

In these 25 years of friendship with Prime Minister Borissov (June 1996 – May 2021), I have never said a bad word about him, I have only helped him. I helped him in 2005, I helped him in 2013, I helped him with my vote for the Istanbul Convention – not to be taken down under a bell, I helped him in the European elections not to do them with the CEC with an expired mandate that will take the euro vote to be abolished.

That’s why I allow myself to give him one piece of advice: BOYKO, SKIP THESE ELECTIONS, MAN! DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THEM!

You have a European title in electoral victories – five in a row – more than Merkel, more than Orban, more than Rutte. You have 20 successful years in the state life of Bulgaria – three times prime minister, who left three meters, three highways, sports halls, churches and what not! You have 3605 days of governing Bulgaria, which makes you an all-time champion – even Stanko Todorov has arrived.

Without that, you do not want to become an MP – 2005 did not happen, although he was elected by the civil quota of NMSS, it did not happen now.

Therefore – call Manfred Weber and tell him: “Manfred, the political situation in Bulgaria is unusual. But in the name of 2.5 million Bulgarians who voted in a referendum for majoritarian elections, I should not participate in these – to them skipped so that the OF parliament, with 240 deputies and President Radev, could pass a majority election law, because they said they would not pass otherwise while I was there.

I will make this gesture for the voters and if they accept the majority, I will participate in the next ones. “The person will understand you. After all, we are in the Balkans, everything is happening.

Ehhhh, let’s not see him! Ivancho calls me again.

He is very politicized and shouts at me: “Bate, what is this madness that you offer to Boyko, huh?”. I scolded Ivancho: “Exactly 30 years ago – on July 10, at a spectacular rally on Democracy Square – the mausoleum was still there, I announced what gave birth to my head – a hunger strike by some of the 39 UDF deputies (thanks to Mrs. Nikolova and Mrs. Ribarova, who documented the whole course of this unusual political event.) Many then told me: “What is this madness, huh? Hunger strike of MPs, and great ones!”.

Yes, but Ivancho does not know that he was small, 2 million voters voted for us – as many as the first four parties in this election. So in communist times, a little madness is a must! “
