What happened at the lake in frostproof?

Damion Tillman, Keven Springfield and Brandon Rollins wanted to spend a relaxing fishing weekend together – at the end of the trip the three young men were dead. They were beaten up and shot by unknown people on their trip to the lake. Brandon Rollins (pictured above) was able to call his father while he was still dead, but when he arrived at the scene of the crime, his son was also dead. Local police have now suspended a $ 5,000 reward and are hoping for clues.

In Frostproof, nothing is the way it was. Three young men who regularly meet to go fishing at the lake are dead. The Polk County Sheriff Office reports that it was the father of one of the victims who found the massacred men. He came to the scene of the crime because a son called him. The murderers apparently thought Brandon (27) was already dead and were moving away from the scene. What exactly he saw or whether he knew his murderers was not disclosed – that was part of the investigation. The father said in an interview with the TV station “WFLA” that he heard turmoil in the background but did not understand anything. He also no longer understood exactly what his son wanted to tell him, since he was already dying there.

The investigators assume that the victim and the perpetrator knew each other. At the moment, it is also suspected that one of the victims first came to the scene alone, was ambushed – and was surprised by the two other later victims. Further details should not be released to the public in order not to hinder the work of the police.
