Dubai – Police opened fire on 10,000 people who gathered at the tomb of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini, who died in the custody of the religious police in Iran, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of her death in the Kurdish city of Saqqez. Many people have been arrested. Hundreds of women showed their anger by taking off their veils and singing “Down with the dictatorship” and “Freedom, freedom, freedom”.
