This man feels bloated, apparently there is a tapeworm 18 meters in his stomach

NONG OPEN, KOMPAS.TV – Tapeworms up to 18 meters long were found in the stomach of a man in Thailand.

According to doctors, it is the longest tapeworm they have seen in Thailand in 50 years.

The 67-year-old man from Nong Khai Province, revealed that he felt bloated since early March and then went to the hospital.

The doctor also took a sample from his body to be examined. The results found that there were 28 infecting larvae in his body.

Doctors believe the larvae came from raw beef which they consumed.

The doctor then gave medicine to him. The next day, Saturday (20/3/2021), the worms came out of his buttocks.
