This is the girlfriend of Eurovision winner Damiano David

Born in the Italian capital of Rome, Damiano met his fellow Måneskin bandmates in high school. Outside of Damiano, the band consists of guitarist Victoria De Angelis, guitarist Thomas Raggi and drummer Ethan Torchio. In 2016 they decided to form a band and the name Måneskin was coined during a brainstorming session. It means Danish for moonshine, coined by band member Victoria, who is half Danish and half Italian.

After a few improvised gigs, mainly on the streets of Rome, they decided to sign up for the Italian season of X-Factor in 2017. This proved to be a bull’s eye and they ended up in second place. Much fame and success followed and the band released their first album with a few hits at the end of 2018. In 2020 the band won the prestigious San Remo festival, which means they also get a ticket for the Eurovision song contest in Rotterdam. And the rest is history.

More than four years ago, Damiano also met his girlfriend: the Italian model and influencer Giorgia Soleri (25). He has only been a few weeks ago confirmed that the two are indeed in a relationship: he prefers to keep his private life out of publicity as much as possible.

Just like Damiano, Giorgia also likes a few tattoos, as can be seen in the pictures below. Unfortunately, there are almost no photos of the couple together, but an old photo of Damiano and Giorgia together regularly appears on Instagram.

Incidentally, Giorgia also responded enthusiastically to Måneskin’s victory on the Eurovision stage. ‘The best, now all of Europe knows. I’m staring at the screen trying to understand if it’s all real or a dream, ‘she wrote on her Instagram.

Where the Eurovision Song Contest will take place next year will slowly become clear at the end of this summer. In any case, the band itself has a preference, as can be seen in the video below.
