At the end of December, Wright submitted to the court a letter dated June 2011 and allegedly signed by Dave Kleiman himself, in which he agrees to return the cryptocurrency to Craig Wright, if before that she will still be in the Tulip Trust blind trust. To do this, Kleiman supposedly needs to hire a courier who, on January 1, 2020, will give the private keys to the trust’s wallets to Wright.
