After a break of over two years, ZDF is continuing the crime series “The Huntress” with the new 90-minute “Riskante Security” on November 20th. This is the third film with Nadja Uhl in the role of the committed prosecutor Judith Schrader, who fights against organized crime in Berlin. It starts at 8:15 p.m.

This time the protagonist is investigating security companies. The industry appears to be increasingly controlled by criminal gangs. This is also shown by a current incident: a shooting occurs during a routine nighttime observation by Chief Inspector Jochen Montag (Dirk Borchardt). Burglars broke into the Citizens’ Office to steal blank passports.

Reunion with childhood sweetheart

An initial lead leads Judith to a security company where Chechens work with false identities. The managing director turns out to be her childhood sweetheart Matthias Stolze (Juergen Maurer), who acts completely clueless. Of course, Judith is inclined to believe her old confidant. But perhaps, contrary to expectations, he could be an accomplice of the criminals. This poses a great danger to the security of public spaces: the proud company even guards police stations.

When Usman Akhmedov’s (Vedat Erincin) youngest son is arrested as a suspect, events take over. The clan leader has Judith’s brother Alex (Patrick Güldenberg) kidnapped in order to blackmail the prosecutor. She is said to have passed a weapon to Akhmedov’s offspring while in custody. If she doesn’t do it or gets the police involved, Alex will die.

Prosecutor under pressure

Judith is completely desperate and doesn’t know what to do. Finally, Montag is also in the dilemma of making a decision after confiding in him. With Stolze’s support, it could be possible to save Alex and convict Akhmedov. But can she really dare to tell him? Or is she putting her brother in even greater danger?
