Lionel Messi entered a little more in the history of football on Tuesday by scoring his 644th goal in an official match for FC Barcelona. The 33-year-old Argentine scored the third goal in the Catalans’ victory at Valladolid, breaking the record for roses planted for a single club held by Pelé (643 goals with Santos).
In the process, the marketing managers of the Budweiser beer brand had a brilliant idea. They sent a bottle of collector’s beer to each guard victim of “la Pulga”.
